Winter/Spring baby haul

As you all may know, babies grow out of their clothes at what seems to be the speed of lighting. Over the weekend I did a little baby shopping for my twins. Well, more so for my boy because he is growing the fastest :( Cute and trendy clothes are really hard to find for a boy (girls are easy). I personally like to dress him like a "lil man". My favorite places to shop at the moment are Old Navy and H&M. I seem to find exactly what I'm looking for and at reasonable prices. Having two babies (and of different genres) it can get quite costly. Here is my first baby haul for winter to spring transition.

Acai facial mask

Ladies, I found the most amazing mask! I picked this up ages ago at Wal-Mart, and kind of forgot about it to be honest. While cleaning up I found it and decided to try it out. I picked up this particular mask because it has Acai in it, and the Brazilian within me had to get it, this fruit is from my country! Acai is great for face, hair, skin, well everything.  The directions on the back say to apply all over face, allow drying and then rinsing off with warm water. 

There is a lot of product in this package; you could almost use it for 2 people. The consistency is very creamy, not too thick and it smells good.

This mask took about 30 minutes to dry, but I did use the whole package, and it was a bit thick (I wanted it to really work!). It is a bit messy, so don’t use your favorite shirt because you could get some on the collar. It also got in some of my baby hairs; I was going to take a shower after so it worked. Once I rinsed it off, my face felt amazing!! I cannot remember when the last time my face felt so smooth. Once I dried my face it did feel a bit dry, so I added a bit of moisturizer (Proactive repairing treatment).  If you are not planning to take a shower after, use a warm wash cloth to wipe off product.

I love this product! I will defiantly be using it at least once a week. I have seen these masks at Wal-Mart, Target, Ulta, maybe Walgreen's (go check!) Oh, did I mention it less than $3.00? I want to mention, I do not have sensitive skin, if you do tend to have sensitive skin apply a small amount under your chin or close to your neck are to test before placing on your entire face. Also make sure you do not get this by your eyes, I speak from experience this s**t stings!!

Lipstick Dupe!

Hello Ladies!!

Matte lipstick is the new craze if you have not noticed! And Adriana and I have jumped on that wagon! I love a good matte lipstick, first of all it lasts way longer!, and if you want to add a bit of lip gloss on top you can.

Here are two colors that I have been using recently, one is a Mac ($16) and the second is from Rimmel London the Kate Moss line ($4.99). You can find Rimmel London at most drug stores, but Target and Walmart also have them, Walmart is the cheapest we have found.

Both colors are a pretty light pink, and look great on most skin colors. I really love the Kate Moss color, and it has a great fruity smell. I was so surprised how similar the colors are. The only difference is that the MAC color is a bit more pigmented, and thick when applied.

Hello all! So here is an outfit that Adriana helped me put together at Ross! Ross is really great when you can find good stuff; there are plenty of times I have walked in and nothing! But yesterday was a good day for Ross. We found these really cute studded flats, in pink and mint green. Super cute! I have also really been into denim shirts and jackets, and you can never go wrong with a little stud. This studded denim jacket is actually a XL, go me! I ended up buying the shoes and the jacket. I also picked up a denim shit at Walmart for $13. And Adriana picked up a denim shirt with starts on it, on sale I believe. Got this great purse at Target on sale!! 

I also wanted to post some pictures of a new bag I ordered from a boutique called Etcetera Row. I got this really great black clutch. It is the perfect size, not too big and not too small, great for a night out.  They also sent me this great little bracelet, I love it! Pam spray nails

Ladies, a quick post, so I saw a pin on pintrest last week that said if you spray pam cooking spray on your nails after you paint them it helps to dry them. I was very skeptical because Adriana and I have tried other beauty tips on pintrest that turned out to be a bust! (braid curls and matte nail polish). I painted my nails for v-day tomorrow and decided to give it a try. It didn’t work miracles, but I can say that it made it not sticky. I hate waiting for nails to dry, and spraying them made them drier. My nail still dented when I picked it, but they did not smear. I have also heard to run your nails under cold water, which I did to rub some of the grease off.
